"Here at our Sports Medicine office in Rapid City, once our hardware maintance contract ran out I found Computer Service Now in a South Dakota Google search, and we started checking to see what our other service my options were. I was surprised to learn that I did not need to purchase any complex or expensive service package. Now we just call Computer Service Now when we need service. At first that plan worried me but now that I see it in action it's working out very well. I was upset to learn after that fact that in the past, with our maintance contract, each year we were paying close to 75% of the replacement cost on some items. Now we get to keep our money and use it however we want  to replace or upgrade systems."

Knowing we have a computer service company we can trust really prevents this kind of thing from happening again. Now we even save money on our Microsoft Volume Licensing."
