A monthly plan that covers monitoring, patching, antivirus, backups, and help when something breaks, for businesses without a full-time IT person.
Most small offices do not need a full-time IT employee. They need someone who already knows their setup, keeps it patched, and picks up the phone when a printer, a server, or an email account stops working. That is what a managed plan is for.
We watch the devices on your plan, apply updates on a schedule, keep antivirus current, and check that backups actually finish. When we see a failing drive or an aging PC, we tell you before it turns into downtime.
Not ready for a monthly plan? We also work hourly, as needed, with the same technicians.
