A hybrid meeting only works when the people on the call can see and hear everyone in the room. We plan and set up conference rooms and huddle spaces so meetings start on time and remote attendees are not left squinting at a far-off table.
Many rooms are built around a Meeting Owl, a 360-degree camera, microphone, and speaker that sits in the middle of the table and turns toward whoever is talking. We help choose where it goes, set it on the table or mount it, connect it to the room computer, and test it with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet. We also set up displays, speakerphones and soundbars, wireless screen sharing, cabling and Wi-Fi, and dedicated room PCs, then show your staff how to start a meeting.
